If you’re out walking your dog, or walking alone, and a loose dog comes running toward you would you know what to do? The “Help! There’s a Loose Dog” workshop on Monday, March 16 at 6:00 p.m. will teach participants how handle the situation safely and escape unscathed. Learn some simple, effective ways of protecting yourself and your dogs if you are ever in this frightening situation. Sponsored by the Humane Society of Jefferson County and the Lake Mills Veterinary Clinic, there is no cost to attend, but please consider bringing a cash donation or an item from the shelter’s ‘wish list’. Please call 920-674-2048 to register for this informative class.
