PBS Around the Farm Table with Inga Witscher

Inga's PBS show is dedicated to connecting consumers to small, thoughtful producers through storytelling, forgotten recipes and entertainment. Inga is a fourth-generation organic dairy farmer and each episode of "Around the Farm Table" follows Inga as she gathers what she needs to produce a meal that celebrates our landscape and our appetites. Inga will be demonstrating how to make a Swedish Sandwich Cake, a Smorgastrata.
