Vel Phillips was a remarkable pioneer, activist and humanitarian.  Join us for the viewing of the Wisconsin Public Television documentary of the first African American judge in Wisconsin and the first African American/first woman in the nation elected to executive office in state government.  A discussion and refreshments will follow the viewing.  Free and open to the public.
