DESCRIPTION:Please join us on August 13th for a day filled with family fun at King Pin Adventure Golf in Fort Atkinson. The Jefferson County Literacy Council (JCLC)\, along with Fort HealthCare is offering a day of free golf for kids. JCLC will also have basket raffles and other prizes at the event. Open golf is from 11-3. Event sponsors include TSL Graphics\, Inc. and Carla Haubenschild\, CLU - Northwestern Mutual The JCLC is celebrating over 20 years in business serving residents of Jefferson County who wish to increase their skills in reading\, writing\, math and computer literacy. We provide classes and one-on-one tutoring services in English as a Second Language and help individuals prepare for U.S. citizenship and/or GED testing. JCLC annually serves approximately 200 individuals in communities throughout Jefferson County and inside the Jefferson County Jail. The Jefferson County Literacy Council is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization and our tax number is 39-1867925. As such\, JCLC relies heavily on the generosity of corporate and individual donors to fund our daily operational expenses.
