DESCRIPTION:The Jefferson County Dairy Breakfast is an event with a long-standing tradition in Jefferson County. Starting out on the Beane Farm in Fort Atkinson\, making it's way across the county and eventually landing at the Jefferson County Fair Park where the event now occurs each year. The day of the Breakfast is filled with a delicious breakfast with products from around Jefferson County including Pancakes\, Eggs\, Jones Dairy Farm Sausage and Canadian Bacon\, and more! Join us for a morning of delicious food and fun!\n\n\n\nAll proceeds raised from the Jefferson County Dairy Breakfast are distributed back in to the community in the form of scholarships\, grants and improvements to the Jefferson County Fair Park. If you are a senior in high school and looking to pursue a career in agriculture or are already enrolled in an agriculture related program at a university or technical college\, you are eligible to apply for a Jefferson County Dairy Breakfast Scholarship. If you belong to a group in Jefferson County and are in need of funds to complete a project or initiative\, you are eligible to apply for a Jefferson County Dairy Breakfast Grant.\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nATV/UTV Friendly - City of Jefferson UTV/ATV routes are now posted\, open and lead to the Fair Park! UTV/ATV riders must follow the routes strictly and adhere to the 25-mph speed limit. We are providing a link to the City ordinance below dictating all laws pertaining to UTV/ATV operation within the City limits.
