SUMMARY:Winemaker’s Wine & Charcuterie Tasting for Tomorrow’s Hope
DESCRIPTION:When you learn the science behind wine tasting and food pairing\, every meal going forward will be improved! A fun way to learn the science is using your own tastebuds! In this class\, you'll have three wines with a charcuterie board: salami\, cheese\, crackers\, olives\, nuts and grapes  PLUS A BONUS: German Eiswein Tasting.. and a chance to WIN a bottle of wine! and BEST OF ALL.. it's for a GREAT CAUSE! $45 pp - $15 of every ticket will be donated to Tomorrow's Hope.\n\n\n\nThe Mission:  To foster health-related research\, education and support activities that have a direct impact on individuals in our local health care service area touched by Alzheimer's\, cancer\, diabetes\, heart disease\, and other life-limiting illnesses.\n\n\n\nTomorrow's Hope is a 100% volunteer based nonprofit charity organization based in Jefferson supporting Jefferson County and it's surrounding communities.  We work with individuals and families affected by life-limiting illnesses and local health services that supports them to seek out unmet needs related to healthcare within the local communities we support\; we help enhance their programs and services while also create our own internal programs to address unmet local needs.\n\n\n\nFunds raised at the Stable Rock Winery & Distillery\; Wine\, and Charcuterie event\, will go towards the development of our new Cancer Care Packages project.  These care packages will be full of product and resources that will assist the newly diagnosed individuals through their battle.
