Cats n Mats Yoga

Join us for a unique and relaxing experience combining yoga and the company of adoptable cats! Bonding with cats is known to provide emotional support and reduce stress, while yoga promotes relaxation, strength, balance, and flexibility. Together, they create the purr-fect class for both your mind and body. During the session, you’ll enjoy practicing yoga while interacting with adorable cats, and every participant helps make a difference—$10 from each registration will be donated to the Humane Society of Jefferson County. Details: Who: Adults and children ages 10+ (children must be accompanied by an adult). Experience Level: Open to all levels, no previous yoga experience required. What to Bring: Your own yoga mat.
