Humane Society Fundraiser at the Madison Mallards Game July 15
Join the Humane Society of Jefferson County on Sunday, July 15 as the Madison Mallards take on the Wisconsin Woodchucks. The Humane Society is extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to fundraise at the Madison Mallards game with all net proceeds benefitting the shelter’s animals. The tickets are $25.00 each and include a reserved terrace seat and all you can eat ball park food – hot dogs, brats, burgers, chicken salad sandwiches, chips, potato salad, coleslaw and soda – from 11:30 until 1:00. Game time is 1:05. In addition to the ticket and the food, the day will also include a member of the HSJC throwing out the first pitch, a 30 second video to be shown on the scoreboard, P.A. announcements promoting the shelter, and proceeds from the 50/50 raffle.
The Madison Mallards are members of the Northwoods Baseball League which is made up of players from the country’s top college programs. Games are played at Warner Park, also known as the “Duck Pond”, on the north side of Madison (2920 N. Sherman Ave.). The games are known as a unique mix of competitive baseball and family fun. The Mallards average over 6,000 spectators per game.
Tickets can be purchased at the Humane Society (W6127 Kiesling Road, Jefferson), Fort Community Credit Union’s main branch in Fort Atkinson, or online at http://hsjc-wis.com/madison-mallards-tickets/.
