Needle Felting for Teens with Kaleidoscope Fibers

Join Karen from Kaleidoscope Fibers for some needle felting fun at the Jefferson Public Library. Must be 12-18 years old to attend. Attendees will learn how to make a needle felt gnome and take home their own needle felting kit.
