Sourdough Bread Class
Learn the timeless craft of sourdough baking in this hands-on introductory course. You’ll discover the fundamentals of working with a sourdough starter, mixing and shaping dough, and preparing a classic sourdough loaf. Instruction will focus on proper techniques, timing, and starter care to set you up for ongoing success at home. No prior baking experience is required. Each participant will leave with practical skills—and their own loaf of bread ready to bake at home.
Students are expected to provide some supplies, such as:
- 1 Large glass kitchen bowl
- 1 Metal fork or whisk
