- Friendly, approachable demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependability, punctuality, and effective time management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a busy office environment.
- Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn office software and scheduling systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Professional conduct, sense of humor, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred.
❗️Law office experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
💙 Who Will Thrive Here?
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and understands the importance of making others feel heard and respected. Our clients may be navigating difficult or stressful situations, so patience, empathy, discretion, and professionalism are essential.
If you are organized, personable, adaptable, and excited about growing with a modern, client-focused law firm, we would love to hear from you!
