Customer Service Team Representative Lead
Hourly Range: competitive wages based on experience and qualifications
Shift: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Whitewater, WI
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives
Handle complex or escalated customer issues and ensure resolution
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Assist in developing and improving customer service processes and workflows
