Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Project Manager to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll help coordinate client orders, support our account managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across a variety of promotional and apparel projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of client orders from start to finish
- Work closely with account managers, sales, and production teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized project timelines and status updates
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm product details and delivery timelines
- Help with proofs, mockups, and product selections as needed
- Provide administrative support including data entry, tracking shipments, and managing inventory
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- A positive, team-player attitude
- Creativity and an eye for design is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry-specific software
- Previous experience in project coordination, promotional products, or apparel is a bonus but not required
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
