Jefferson Memory Care is a Community Based Residential Care Facility that provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's and/or Dementia. We are seeking capable and dedicated Caregivers, or as we call them, Resident Care Coordinators, to join our wonderful team.

RCC's help coordinate residents with:
•daily activities of living including (but not limited to)
•personal hygiene
•dressing
•grooming
•nutrition
•toileting
•change of bed linens
•mobility
•incontinence care
As a Resident Care Coordinator/RCC (caregiver), you will help coordinate care, to assure quality in accordance with guidelines and regulations under the direction of Resident Health Coordinators.
Background check is required.
Vaccinations are encouraged but not required for employment.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
