Job Purpose and Reporting Structure:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Transfer materials from storage or work centers to designated areas.
- Counts, weighs, and records materials moved into inventory system.
- Manages pallet and end board recycling.
- Attaches identifying labels to pallets of material.
- Operates forklift.
- Load/unload trucks.
- Inspect materials and ensure bills of lading are correct. Verifies the quantity and quality of material received and receive into Radius.
- Stacks or assembles materials on pallets.
- Place incoming materials in storage racks.
- Pull materials from storage and deliver to production departments as needed.
- Return unused film to inventory.
- Complete all required paperwork.
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
- Adhere to the GMP Policy.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 to 12 months of related experience in manufacturing or forklift operation preferred.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee occasionally works in high precarious places and is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and to the risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
