Office Assistant, Part-time
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and vendors, greeting upon arrival and in the showroom
Answer phone, take messages, schedule appointments and other
Provide excellent customer service
Work well with other team members and provide support to sales team
Prepare quotes, correspondence, and reports upon request
Assist with inventory, pricing and other projects as assigned
Help maintain the showroom by keeping samples and displays neat, current and clean
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years customer service work experience
Good communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Good math skills and detail oriented
Proficient computer skills
Microsoft Office 365-especially Word and Excel
Organized and detail oriented. A team player.
Available to work Saturdays, typically alternate weeks
