About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, organized Warehouse Lead to help guide our fulfillment and production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, communicates well, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll oversee daily warehouse functions, support a team of 6–8 people, and jump in wherever needed to keep orders flowing.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
• Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensure accuracy in packing, labeling, and order fulfillment
• Maintain organized staging areas and efficient workflow
Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels and assist with cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Help identify shortages, overages, and process improvements
Team Leadership
• Lead, support, and motivate a team of 6–8 warehouse and production staff
• Train new team members on processes, equipment, and safety
• Delegate tasks and ensure daily goals are met
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
Production Support
• Assist with light production tasks as needed (sorting, prepping apparel, heat pressing, etc.)
• Ensure quality standards are met before orders leave the building
Warehouse Organization & Safety
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or production environments
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to lift and move boxes as part of daily work
