Exciting Entertainment Lineup Announced for the 2025 Jefferson County Fair

Jefferson, WI – The Jefferson County Fair is thrilled to announce its 2025 entertainment lineup, designed to create an unforgettable experience for fairgoers of all ages. This year's theme, “There's No Place Like Fair,” emphasizes the sense of community, tradition, and excitement that makes the Jefferson County Fair a special event year after year.

The cornerstone elements of the fair are the youth and community exhibitors who share their projects and talents. To expand upon the excitement they generate each year, the Jefferson County Fair leadership and committees embraced feedback from prior fairgoers as an opportunity to layer in additional experiences. From thrilling live music performances and exhilarating animal events to exciting vehicle competitions and engaging family entertainment, this year’s action-packed Fair kicks off Wednesday, July 9.

“Finding a way to truly celebrate our Fair participants and provide the community with a fun event of this size requires careful planning to ensure the experience remains as affordable as possible,” Fair Park Director Becky Roberts said. “Each year we take a thoughtful approach to creating an experience that appeals to as many people as possible.”

Roberts shared that the Fair leadership considered the desires shared from past fairgoers layered in the mission of a youth Fair event to create memorable and meaningful experiences for a variety of interests.

In review of the plans for the 2025 Fair, Gail Zastrow, former Fair organizer, offered this comment; “Our Jefferson County Fair has always entertained the fairgoers, showcased the youth exhibitors, brought in fantastic Fair food, all while working within a budget. Trying new things opens opportunities to more people and this year’s line-up does just that.”

In addition to the entertainment lineup listed below, there will be many other events happening within the fairgrounds July 9-13. These additional events and any details regarding layout changes will be shared over the next few months.

Music Lineup
The Coors Light Entertainment Tent will host a fantastic selection of tribute bands, bringing legendary music to the fair:

• Bad Medicine – Bon Jovi Tribute Band – Thursday
• Gimme Skynyrd – Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute Band – Friday
• American Ride – Toby Keith Tribute Band – Saturday

Additionally, fans of Taylor Swift will not want to miss Taylor & the Anti Hero’s performing in the Grandstand on Saturday.

Kidz Zone Entertainment
Families can look forward to a variety of engaging shows and activities, including:

• Pier Pups – High-flying dock dog entertainment
• Pleasure Valley Pig & Duck Races – A crowd favorite
• Agri-Golf Mini Golf Experience – A farm-themed mini-golf adventure
• Lew-E’s Comedy Circus Side Show – Laughter and magic for all ages

Animal Events
Animal enthusiasts will have plenty to see with:

• Big Hat Rodeo – Wednesday & Thursday in the Draft Horse Arena
• Draft Horse Riding, Halter, Cart & Hitch Judging – Friday & Saturday in the Draft Horse Arena
• Horse Pull – Saturday in the North Horse Arena
• Animal Auction & Youth Celebration – Saturday
• Master Showperson Judging – Saturday evening

Motorsport Events
The Fair is in the final stages of securing an exciting lineup of vehicle-related events, including truck and tractor pulls and a demolition derby. More details will be announced soon.

• Brew City Wrestling – Friday in the Grandstand
• Thom McGorey – Performing three shows daily in the Park Oasis Courtyard (Thursday–Saturday)

• Farmer’s Olympics – Sunday, featuring fun, farm-themed team competitions
