Fort Community Credit Union | Jefferson Public Library Donation
The Jefferson Area Chamber of Commerce recognizes Fort Community Credit Union (FCCU) as they have recently presented a donation of $909.09 to the Jefferson Public Library, supporting its mission to provide high-quality library services, promote literacy, and offer engaging educational opportunities for the Jefferson community.
The donation was raised through FCCU’s new employee charitable giving program, which allows team members to voluntarily contribute a portion of their paychecks to local nonprofit organizations. In its inaugural year, the program supported 11 local organizations selected for their meaningful impact on the wellbeing of the communities FCCU serves.
“The Library is deeply grateful to FCCU and its employees for their generous support,” said Melissa Anderson, Director of the Jefferson Public Library. “Contributions like this help us expand programs that inspire curiosity, foster
lifelong learning, and strengthen community connections. Together, we’re ensuring the Jefferson Public Library remains a welcoming space for everyone to read, learn and explore.”
Thank you for supporting our community and the organizations that help it thrive, FCCU! 💫
