Family Connect of Wisconsin: Mobilizing Community to Strengthen Families
Family Connect of Wisconsin is building a Community Network right here in Jefferson County that connects Jefferson County Human Services with a network of churches, businesses, and volunteers ready to meet real-time needs for vulnerable children and families they serve. When a county caseworker identifies a family needing essentials like a crib, groceries, household essentials, or even basic clothing, they share it with the network through CarePortal, a simple technology platform. Once the need is submitted, Community Network partners are alerted and respond quickly, meeting needs and making connections that help keep families stable and children safe at home. We believe Jefferson County is stronger when we work together to ensure every child is safe, secure & loved.

We'd love your partnership! Businesses can join the network as Community Champions, which allows them to provide for essential needs by funding or donating the requested items. It is a great way to directly support your community in ways that align with your company values.
