She teams up with a rugged fortune hunter named Jack Colton, and the two must evade a corrupt military officer while hunting for a legendary emerald called El Corazón. Along the way, Joan finds the real-life adventure she’s always written about, ultimately rescuing her sister and falling for Jack. Adventure, Romance.
