THIS CLASS IS HELD IN THE WINE CELLAR AT STABLE ROCK WINERY IN JEFFERSON, WI

We call this the “essential” food and wine class because it will be a jam packed 3 hours of learning all about wine including; history, terminology, aging, purchasing, storing, old world vs. new world, wine making, component tasting and food with 5 wines! This is a seriously fun and educational class!

This class will teach you “essentially” all you need to know to be a true wine connoisseur. You will be learning the science behind food & wine pairing, so every meal going forward can be amazing!

$ 65 pp. (Includes; wine, food) - MUST PURCHASE TICKETS PRIOR TO CLASS. Limited to 24 participants.
