Embroiderer - EZ Promotion & Apparel

Position Overview

EZ Promotion & Apparel, a growing local custom apparel and promotional products company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroiderer to join our production team. This position plays a key role in creating high-quality embroidered apparel and products for our customers. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and excited to be part of a fastgrowing, family-owned business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality, custom designs on apparel and other products.
• Prepare artwork, threads, and garments for embroidery runs.
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards before shipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery machines to minimize downtime.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and efficient.
• Assist in meeting production deadlines and daily/weekly goals.
• Collaborate with the production team to complete bulk and custom orders.
• Support other production areas (heat press, screen printing, engraving, etc.) when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in embroidery or garment production preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and quality. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with technology and machine operation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

• Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
