Branch Market Manager - Farmers & Merchants State Bank
Serve as Manager that oversees the three assistant branch managers and all frontline staff. Function as administrator and resource in the areas of staffing, training, education, morale/team building and employee relations. Must follow all established bank policies and procedures. Job responsibilities should be of a quality nature that will result in profitability and growth for all Branches.
- Oversee/coach/hire for the three branches teller operations.
- Oversee staffing needs for the frontline in all branches.
- Develop three asst. branch managers who are trained in deposit ops, cross-selling, consumer lending, and coaching of tellers.
- Create branch deposit and referral goals/incentives with measurements and accountabilities.
- Track branch measurements and help develop products and programs to promote Branch growth.
- Build internal synergies with all bank teams. (lenders, FA, back office, deposit ops, ect.) including identifying and reviewing opportunities missed on a regular basis.
- Actively support Sr. management in decisions made by the team.
